Associate Accountants of Largest Accounting Firm Seek Overtime Pay in Class Action Lawsuit
Two associate accountants previously employed by one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms filed a motion for class certification that seeks to certify a class of all associates and senior associates employed by PriceWaterhouse Coopers ("PwC"). The lawsuit claims that PwC's associates and senior associates were improperly denied overtime pay and other benefits during their employment with PwC. The lawsuit is the first to reach the class certification stage against one of the Big 4 Accounting firms.
